PLEASE READ THIS WARNING BEFORE PURCHASING TICKETS.
This attraction reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone.
You will experience intense audio, lighting, extreme low visibility, strobe lights, fog, special effects, sudden actions, and an overall frightening environment. Our event is designed to appeal to people who enjoy being scared, startled or otherwise encounter heightened fearful sensory experiences.

PHYSICAL CONTACT NOTICE: 
Audience members may not touch the actors or props and doing so will result in immediate ejection from the event without a refund. Due to close proximity with actors in certain locations inside the Haunted House, accidental physical contact may be made between actors and audience members. If circumstances result in contact from an actor, you agree to hold such action harmless and waive any claims against the actor, facility, or any party associated in any way with the Tehachapi Terror Haunted House.

DO NOT ENTER the event if you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs, are intoxicated, wearing any form of cast, medical brace, using crutches, or have any type of physical limitations. Do not enter the attraction if you are using drugs of any type. You will not be admitted if any of these conditions are noticed by our staff.

DO NOT ENTER: IF YOU SUFFER FROM – ASTHMA – HEART CONDITIONS – SEIZURES – ARE PREGNANT  – OR HAVE ANY TYPE OF MENTAL, PHYSICAL, RESPIRATORY AND OR MEDICAL PROBLEMS, AND/OR IF YOU ARE SENSITIVE TO STROBE LIGHT EFFECTS, ARE UNCOMFORTABLE AROUND CROWDS, CANNOT STAND OR WALK FOR EXTENDED PERIODS OF TIME, HAVE ANY SORT OF EMOTIONAL OR COGNITIVE ISSUES OR SUFFER FROM ANY FORM OF TRIGGERING EVENT RELATED TO DARKNESS, FEAR, STARTLES OR OTHER FORMS OF HORROR BASED ENTERTAINMENT.

DO NOT smoke, run, eat or drink inside the attraction. Additionally there is no touching of the actors, customers, or props inside the attraction. No video or flash photography may be taken inside the attraction. You will not be admitted and asked to leave the property if any of rules are not followed.

Your ticket is a revocable license and may be taken and admission refused upon refund of purchase price. Holder of this ticket understands that there is inherent risk involved with attending this attraction. Holder voluntarily assumes all risks and dangers associated with participation in and or attending this attraction. In consideration and acceptance of entrance into this attraction holder agrees to release the operator, its parent corporations, affiliates, officers, directors and volunteers and landlord from any liability, harm, injury or death, cost or expense whatsoever that may arise directly or indirectly, from attending this attraction or any of the attractions at this location.

MISCONDUCT POLICY

Be advised, any customer of the Tehachapi Terror found behaving inappropriately, EITHER NEAR OUR ENTRANCE, WAITING IN A LINE OR NEAR A WAITING ZONE, OR AFTER ENTERING OUR FACILITY, including behavior resulting from the influence of ALCOHOL, MARIJUANA, ILLICIT DRUGS, PRESCRIPTION DRUGS, AND/OR ANY CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE is subject to immediate removal from our waiting lines, waiting zones and/or our facility at any time, with no refund.

Tehachapi Terror will determine, in its sole discretion, if customer conduct is deemed inappropriate.

Inappropriate conduct or behavior may include, but is not limited to:

• Verbal or other disruptive engagement with other customers
• Belligerent behavior, including use of foul language or intimidation
• Touching any actor or staff member
• Touching any prop, decoration, or trim piece
• Taunting, challenging, or otherwise confronting actors
• Running or pushing
• Staggering or stumbling when walking
• Taking video or photographs inside the attractions

This policy will be enforced to help preserve the positive, entertainment environment which Tehachapi Terror strives to provide each customer.

In general, customers behave appropriately to enjoy the unique experience provided by Tehachapi Terror. In cases where some do not behave appropriately, they unacceptably damage the experience of other customers. Inappropriate behavior also puts Tehachapi Terror crew and assets at unacceptable risk. In addition, customers who arrive at our waiting zones prior to entrance, and/or enter Tehachapi Terror and behave inappropriately or UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL, MARIJUANA, ILLICIT DRUGS, PRESCRIPTION DRUGS AND/OR ANY CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE put themselves and others at risk. This MISCONDUCT POLICY and any subsequent customer ejections are enforced to preserve Tehachapi Terror’s desired entertainment environment. When you enter Tehachapi Terror, you agree by default to abide by the terms of the MISCONDUCT POLICY.

No video taking or photography of any kind is allowed. This is an important and strict policy.

The haunt is an intense experience. Character interactions, special effects, sound and lighting special effects are constant while you are inside. All guests are required to continuously walk through each room at a reasonable pace without stopping. Stopping or moving too slowly will disrupt the operations of actors and effects and slow the flow of overall traffic causing groups of people to catch up to each other. In addition, it is very dark inside. If you distract yourself to focus on taking video or photos, you put yourself at risk of potential injury by tripping or otherwise losing track of what you are doing.

If you are observed taking photos or video, you will be pulled aside and subject to removal without refund.

Thank you for your cooperation with this important policy. Keep your phones and cameras securely inside your pocket while you are inside the haunt. You will have a better, more enjoyable experience without the distraction of attempting to film or photograph your visit inside.

Tehachapi Terror is not a maze, but a single walkway through many terrifying scenes. If any guest is confused while walking through, a crew member will help direct you through the attraction, or to leave early through an emergency exit, if necessary.

Keep in mind, if you exit the haunted house early, there are no refunds. You’re paying us to scare you. Clearly we’ve done our job!

Yes. Tehachapi Terror management reserves the right to refuse serving any guest for any reason. This includes, but is not limited to, guests physically contacting actors, including touching or taunting, touching any props or decorations, foul language, pushing, vulgar behavior, weapons of any kind, alcohol, etc. We maintain rules just like anyone else for the safety of guests and our crew.

Violation of these rules will result in immediate removal from the event without a refund.

We also strictly enforce a Misconduct Policy. See additional details about this policy in the FAQ entitled ‘Age Restrictions & No Refund Policy”.

Violation of these rules will result in Security being called and the offending Guest being escorted out of the facility, without a refund.

Once inside Uncle B’s Clown Emporium, you can expect your stay with us to last approximately 10 terrifying, heart-pounding minutes.

We rely on guests to continue at a steady pace to keep the line flowing smoothly, so please avoid stopping unnecessarily in scenes or hallways.

Most costumes are allowed, however any type of masks and prop weaponry will be held for you at the entrance while you traverse our halls.

Excessively large costumes, such as inflatable or otherwise cumbersome pieces, will not be allowed inside the event for the safety of both guests and crew.

“Scary” is somewhat subjective. We’ve seen 5 year olds come out laughing, and grown men come out crying.

What we CAN tell you is to expect dark, confined spaces, loud noises, frightening actors, and simulated gore and violence.

The event is NOT RECOMMENDED for children under 13, and any younger must be accompanied by an adult.
